This week we welcome back to the show Langston Kahn. I met Langston in London in 2016 and was immediately impressed with his sincerity in using magical and shamanic techniques for compassionate ends in a contemporary setting.
And as this is the final show for January in which we wind up our series on getting one’s head in the game for what is going to be an intense year, it struck me that there was probably no one better to pull a lot of these threads together for us. We discuss grounding, energy hygiene, boundary management, some more advanced journeying techniques and a whole lot more. Top stuff.
